A classic mayonnaise-based aioli with fine truffles, spices and a little garlic. The taste is wonderfully mild and light, but so wonderfully delicate, which makes this garlic mayonnaise a true gourmet aioli. It goes well with burgers and sandwiches, with fish and as a dip for chips and vegetables.

Rapeseed oil, salted eggs ( eggs , table salt), white truffle oil (12%) (high oleic sunflower oil, white truffle concentrate in olive oil), spirit vinegar, water, mustard powder , black truffle (<1%), garlic powder, natural flavouring, antioxidant: high tocopherol extracts
